What is a Bookkeeper & Why do I need one? 

A bookkeeper is a professional who is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for a business organization. They record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and produce financial reports. A bookkeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and success of a business.  You could hire someone in house for these services but then you will also have to pay benefits, salary, etc.  Why do that when you can have the benefit of a hired bookkeeper?  

Are you an Accountant, what's the difference between Bookkeeping & Accounting?  

No, we are not accountants & are not licensed CPA's. 

A bookkeeper is responsible for recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and producing basic financial statements. An accountant, on the other hand, is responsible for analyzing financial data, interpreting it, and providing advice to help businesses make informed decisions. While both roles are important for managing a company's finances, accountants typically have more advanced education and training than bookkeepers.

What are your Qualifications?

I have extensive experience and knowledge in bookkeeping and personal tax preparation. I am proficient in QuickBooks (where I am a Certified Pro Advisor), Excel, Word,  and Google Docs. Additionally, I also have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.

This means that the bookkeeper can access the business's financial records and transactions from anywhere, as long as they have an internet connection. How Much Do Your Services Cost?  

We can not tell you a flat rate because rates vary depending on the companies needs,  Some maybe a higher amount of transactions a month, while others are not.  Some, in the case of clean ups, may have tighter deadlines than others.  Some need payroll services for a few staff members, while others have more.  We customize our plans to your company to ensure you get exactly what you need.
